The project reports seems to currently only support top-level package.json files. It would be lovely if monorepo-/lerna-style repositories would be supported as well! :)

Ben Blackmore: This is now supported. You can use the dropdown menu in the top-left to select which project within your mono-repo to see issues for. Or, you can select the checkbox to "see all issues".
